Itinerary

New Bongaigaon Station/Barpeta Road Station and transfer to Manas

Pickup from New Bongaigaon Station/Barpeta Road Station and transfer to Manas National Park (approximately 75 km or 25 km journey, respectively). Check-in into the traditional local homestay and enjoy our lunch. In the evening we will explore the riverside and relax for the day. Night stay at traditional local homestay

jungle safari including Royal Manas

Early in the morning we will arrange for a full day jungle safari including Royal Manas National Park (Bhutan). Royal Manas National Park is home to Bengal tigers, elephants, gaur, and rarer golden langur. It is also the only Bhutanese park inhabited by the one-horned rhinoceros and wild water buffalo. Hundreds of species of birds—including four species of hornbills: rufous-necked, wreathed, pied and great Indian—also live in the vast park. Night stay at traditional local homestay

Elephant Riding

Early in the morning we will arrange for an elephant riding program at 5:30 a.m. and after an hour we will be back at the homestay/resort for breakfast. Later we will drop you off at New Bongaigaon Station/Barpeta Road Station (approximately 75 km or 25 km journey, respectively)
